"we had the most relaxing end to our 3week holiday in Korea with the last 4 days staying at Douglas house. we were taken good care of by all the staff in particular the dinner staff and breakfast staff. Although the language barrier was a little challenging, they did their best to assist us. Lovely grounds to walk around, there is so much to see and do within the Ealkerhill complex. Thank you all and we would gladly come back again and also highly recommend anyone wanting to stay here"

The only issue is language - all the signs, messages they sent, and instructions in the room are in Korean. Takes some time to figure out the front desk is on the 2nd floor of an apartment building."

"Staff was great, let me check in 3 hours earlier because my room was ready. My 3rd hotel in Korea and this was the cleanest one. Very happy, The street was full of restaurants in walking distance.
