"The good: Lovely staff who are always willing to assist. The friendly greetings each time we walked past the reception desk made us smile.

The bad: Food at the restaurant not great for the price.
The ugly: Room had quite a bit of wear and tear. The smell of other guests smoking nearby was really strong and unpleasant. Noisy guests kept us awake over a couple of nights."
"Liked: Friendly staff. Early check-in. Good location (local bus direct to centre and to Balapan station). English-language channels on the TV. Breakfast included (although mostly Indonesian food).
Disliked: The standard room was quite small and had no kettle or fridge. There was also no "no smoking" option with the standard room."

The service is at the hotel or professional, also the breakfast was fantastic The pool was just amazing however it was close to the restaurant and we felt like we are being watched all the time especially because we were wearing bikinis.
The staff at a Ramada was very helpful in all our wishes, however the receptionists could speak better English.

"This hotel was comfortable to stay although there were many families with small children. Some rooms were noisy with children crying before we entered our room so I was little worried about the quietness in my room. But when I entered the room, I didn't really hear them.
The reason I didn't give 5 star for cleanness is that plates and glasses from breakfast were not clean especially glasses for cold drinks.
