Room wasnt as clean as they make it seem. And to top if off they said if i dirty any little thing i would be charged extra.
Like did they want me to mop and deep clean before i leave the room?
Restrrom wasnt the cleanest, neither was the shower or sinks. "

"Place is kind of isolated but security is really tight, which is, in my case, a plus and makes me feel safe. No walkable restaurants though. If you use Grab to go around, it can really be a bit expensive overtime. Overall, I have a good and wonderful stay. Awesome staff.

"The room was downgraded from what I was told by the staff. Our bed was as if they put a sheet over a brick it was so hard and uncomfortable. Then we seen cockroaches all over the room. Mouse or rat droppings in the bathroom as well. One of the housekeepers said that we stained the blankets with lipstick and my wife doesn’t even use any makeup whatsoever. So they tried to charge us for it. We use to go here every time we come to the Philippines but never again. They don’t take care of the place...

"Very clean, Ate Liza is very helpful and accommodating. The owner is friendly and helpful as well. No elevator just stairs so if you have heavy luggages be ready to carry it all the way up. All in all, it’s what we needed for our stay in Las Pinas. Very close to Perpetual hospital, SM center/Hypermart even South Mall. We’ll stay here again in the future if we will be in the area. "

"Stayed 4 nights at Microtel Mall of Asia—super convenient right next to SM Mall of Asia! Endless shopping, food, and MOA Arena just steps away. Easy walk to Manila Bay too.
Room was clean, comfy bed, good AC, and reliable WiFi. Staff were friendly and helpful from check-in. Breakfast at Millie's had solid options (eggs, fruit, rice dishes)—better than expected for the price.
Outdoor pool was a nice touch after exploring.
Minor hallway noise at times, wall echoes clearly and could hear other...
