"Expedia receipt send to me and the receipt of the property show me is not the same too troublesome while checking In, as i book for 5 days and 4 night, but i manage to check in only at the 4th day of my sched booking in the hotel as of my flight sched was changed which is i dont blame the property, but it some matters the receptionist was not helpful at all so i need to talk to Manager as i book by room, and not by pax, definitely when u book a room considered atleast 2 person can stay in the room which is stated in the receipt of expedia send to me, but they did not allowed my husband to stay with me and they ask additional payment for it when i insisted. Its a nightmare for me which makes me uncomfortable. Sorry to say to the property but please improve your service.thank you"
