My stay at Bristol Palace was nearly perfect! The personnel is extremely courteous, helpful, eager to make sure your stay goes as well as possible. It was close to everything. Breakfast was delicious. The hotel rooms could use a bit of renovation. The lobby doesn't represent the rooms. The A/C doesn't cool. We ended up opening the window. The staff were very friendly and helpful
