There was just so much for the everyone to do. They loved the seashell station after walking the beach to find shells. Would love to come back to this charming island again. "As soon as we arrived, my daughter’s room needed to be changed immediately. There were stains all over the lampshades the couch had stains all over it, and I actually found a piece of bacon on the couch. We switched her room and honestly the second room they gave her was not much better. My room was also not great at all. The faucets in my bathroom were covered in gunk and goo and I asked for the room to be cleaned again, but it was not fixed. There was women’s hair on the shower walls before...

"I couldn't ask for kinder staff, whether it was at the front desk, dining area, or housekeeping. I'll definitely come again!"

"Now have to 'request' coffee maker. On duty manager wanted to argue about setup even though sign in room said 'on request'. Hope this isn't all HIE policy. Limited breakfast last day due to 'an emergency'. Overbooked, king bed and sofa really isn't an upgrade from 2 Q's, a small partician does not make 'suite,"

"We chose this property for the distance from Key West Express dock. Easy to find late at night. Room was ok, nothing fancy. We were impressed with the outdoor setting, cozy, comfortable and inviting. Continental breakfast was great. "

"Great stay! Close walk to busy downtown and Margaritaville. Loved how quiet it was! We had room 405 on the 4th floor and it was perfect for watching the sunset! "

"The check in process was a bit frustrating as if any damages were incurred you would be a 100% responsible, for instance, the blinds. so, I pictured every bent blind, scratch, mark on the wall and sent them to frank our host. he acknowledged and said thanks. unfortunately, this weekend was a cold one. the unit was cold and average temp was like 65, unacceptable for me and my husband. even though the thermostat said 78, it was in the 60,s . the place was clean and everything was in order. will I...
