Khách sạn Sanico

"The breakfast buffet was excellent and a major attraction. The staff were very responsive. The front desk and concierge were very helpful in planning local trips. All in all they made our stay pleasant and memorable."

"The hotel was lovely and was in an excellent and convenient location to the ferry, restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was exceptional and the service by Tanya and Jessica was incredible! The room was nice (quite small). The bathroom was beautiful and spacious . The bed was comfortable. The only minor issue we found was that it was a little challenging regulating the temperature (specifically, the heat)."

"Nice breakfast, clean room, very helpful staff, beautiful garden, amazing Christmas decoración !"

"Beautiful restored villa on the shores of Lake Como"

"The property had a beautiful view of the lake as it was perched atop a hill overlooking the town of bellagio . The grounds were well kept . One could walk easily into the expansive villa melzi gardens right by the lake . Mrs Mary was kind enough to accommodate our early check in . The breakfast was delicious with excellent local butter and bread . The vegetables from the garden were very fresh as were the eggs ! Local cheeses and jams were rich and flavorful. The staff were very pleasant....

I was greeted very warmly by the bellman and the greeters. Stephania, Natalia and Luka were so very kind. Stephania was more than helpful to me the entire stay. I came up a lot to ask questions and she handled them with grace!! I saw her throughout the property and she was sooooo nice and welcoming. I felt important there!! Thank you so so so...

Unfortunately, our latest experience was very disappointing. Due to an unexpected family emergency, we had to shorten our stay by one night. We contacted the hotel hoping for some understanding and flexibility given these exceptional circumstances and our history as returning guests. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the management’s...
