"I was locked out of my room late at night. I went out to a club and when I got back to the room the outer door was locked with a bolt and the code did not work. I tried to contact the owner but it went straight to voicemail. I messaged through hotels.com and when I got a response they said to call them for faster response, even though I called initially the first time. I had to go to the nearby metro station to get out of the cold wind while I waited for someone to open the outside downstairs...

The room was clean and well maintained, and the bed was very comfortable, which made it easy to relax and sleep well. The hot water was anmazing and the water pressure was strong, which added to a good experience.location had the tram right outside the door, 24 min walk to the center of the city plaza. There is also a market downstairs and restaurants around the apartment. One thing to keep in mind early morning...
