The epitome of warmth and hospitality

The owners represent the greatest attributes of hospitality, kindness, and generosity; they made our stay incredibly rewarding and special. The rooms are aesthetically pleasing, and breakfast is very good. The hotel is a beautifully restored former mansion with very nice attention to detail and design attributes. The location in the Old Town is perfect and within easy walking distance to Fish Lake, the mosque, and historic bazaar. There are a few areas we think are a result of a new facility sorting things out that may affect your stay. The downstairs rooms surround a courtyard which is ideal for breakfast or afternoon tea. This is nice except when people are in the courtyard or going in/out of their rooms. In those cases, it got loud. The hotel is set up well for families/larger groups which compounds the noise as they gather in this common space. Combine this with local cafes that play deep bass music until 2300, and you cannot say this is a quiet hotel; a small price to pay to be in the Old Town, in our opinion. The Wifi is adequate for download basics, but the upload is marginal for photos or other heavier data needs; it’s also a bit spotty. The hot water gets very warm, but it does take a few minutes to arrive. While we managed around all this, we wanted to point them out as they may be a concern for others. We 100% recommend this hotel. Over time, while we may forget the hotel name, we shall never forget our warm, wonderful hosts.

The entire stay was great. Great shower, beautiful setting, and the owner and his family made us the most wonderful Turkish breakfast. No one spoke English, but we were able to use Google Translate and non-verbal our way through check-in. It was an authentic Turkish experience. I would definitely stay here again.

1 gece konakladığımız otel gayet merkezi konumda ancak trafik ve park yeri olmaması sebebiyle biraz sıkıntı yaşadık. Otelin tam karşısında özel otopark 1 gece için 300 tl ödedik. Otele girdiğimizde 1 üst kattaki odaya valizlerimizi eşim taşıdı. Personel ben yardım edeyim mi diye sordu. Görevini yapmak için davetiye beklememek lazım. Odadaki yangın alarmı dakikada bir defa ötüyor. Çok rahatsız edici. Duş tazyikli çok yetersiz. Hijyen olarak gayet yeterliydi. Sabah 8de başlayan Yeşilçam müziklerini beğenenler olsa da biraz uyumak isteyenler için kötü bir durum. Müzik sanki odanın içinde çalıyor gibiydi. Kahvaltısı yetersiz. 2 kişi kahvaltı için yarım domates ve çeyrek salatalık ince ince doğranmıştı. Tam bir domates ve salatalık bile çok görüldü. Çıkışta da yine valizleri kendimiz taşıdık. Tekrar gelirsek yine gözümüz kapalı tercih edeceğimiz otel. Son derece rahat bir tatil geçirmemize yardımcı olan sevimli bir aile işletmesi. Tatili planlamadan önce butik otelleri çok araştırdım. Bütün yorumlara ve fotoğraflara baktım. En çok içime sinen seçenek burası oldu. Erken check in yapmamıza ve çıkışta valizlerimizi uçuş saatine kadar tutmaya ücretsiz şekilde izin verdiler. Otel sahipleri oldukça kibar insanlar ve çok misafirperverler. Özellikle taş konakta kalmak isteyip eski dar sokaklara girmekte tedirgin olanlar tercih edebilirler. 400 yıllık bina ama çok iyi restore edilmiş. Buranın konumu diğer otellere kıyasla merkezi, hatta otobüs geçen bir ana sokakta. Balıklıgöl ve çarşı yürüme mesafesinde. İç ve dış dizaynı göz alıcı. Her detay tek tek düşünülmüş. Ferforje yataklar, masa sandalye, lavabo kenarlıkları, pencere korkulukları uyum içinde. Otelin restorasyon öncesindeki halini de bize gösterdiler tamamen virane haldeymiş. Büyük bir emek ve vizyonla ortaya sıcak bir otel çıkmış. Özel olarak yaptırılmış heykeller, tablolar süslüyor etrafınızı. Işıklandırma da sabah sizi uyandıran şarkılar da pek romantik. 7/24 size yardımcı oluyorlar. Öyle güzel ki insanlar yan otelden memnun kalmayıp burada kalmayı talep ediyorlar. Ayrıca bahçedeki nar ağacının altında kahvaltı yapmak çok keyifliydi. Tek negatif yanı ise çayı bize çok tatsız ve açık geldi ama Urfa’da o şekilde oluyormuş. ☺️

Bir aile işletmesi olan otelden genel anlamda çok memnun kaldık. Şehir merkezinde, balıklı göle yürüme mesafesinde. Özel otoparka çok yakın bir konumda, sağolsunlar otoparka kadar gelip valizlerimizi taşımamızda yardımcı oldular. Odalar temizdi, ev yapımı kahvaltıyı çok beğendik. Yataklar çok konforlu değildi ama onun haricinde her şey gayet tatmin ediciydi.

Biz memnun kaldık. Temizdi. 1+1 gibi iki oda da TV var. İki odada da klima var. Havalandırma sistemi çalışıyor. Mini buz dolabı, ketıl, çay, kahve... Vs. Sessiz sakin. Otelin karşısında ki babil otoparkında arabamızı park ettik. Çok beklemeden odaya geçtik. Balıklı göle yürüme mesafesinde. Urfa Müzesi için arabanızla gitmeniz gerekiyor. Oda avluya bakıyor. Sabah uyandığımızda pencereden bizim için 5 kişilik kahvaltı masamız hazırdı.Omlet, sigara börekleri, patates kızartması, ekmek sıcaktı.Mutfakları bile oldukça düzenli ve temizdi. 400 yıllık bu taş yapı aslına uygun kalarak restore edilmiş.Anlatılmaz yaşanır. Herşey için teşekkürler.
