"We had two people staying in the room and they never gave us two towels without us calling to ask for them! When my wife went to check out, she asked for a late check out and they said OK and then when we were leaving, they kind of lost it in the system Also the shower system in the bathroom is ridiculous. We could never get the curtain to keep from rubbing against us. The gym was good and the restaurant was good and everybody was really friendly and nice and I would stay there again, but it...

This hotel has everything I need…location, friendliness, comfort, and the staff even remembers my name. "I have stayed in hotels of many countries, this one is among the worst. Said to be 4star, but less than 3 star. Staff are ok, but spoke almost no english --- and they called it "international". Toilet smelled, room small, TV not working. Hotels.com shld review its ranking."

"Location is what sells this hotel. However the rooms are not maintained to what they should be given the price point. Service is okay but no one is really helping you. At breakfast all the servers and staff were busy on their phone or talking to each other. Didn't interact with a single staff! Again you stay at this hotel for location...all major attractions are in walking distance."
