"We recently stayed at Hotel Nalanda and honestly it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The rooms were excellent spacious comfortable and maintained to a very high standard. Everything was spotless and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was truly impressive. The hygiene standards were clearly a top priority which made the stay even more comfortable and reassuring. The food was also fantastic. Fresh well prepared and full of flavour with great options available. Every meal was...

"This is a fantastic, hotel, old charm, immensely large rooms, historic wibe - and with a superb setting in the old town."

We had to call 3-4 times to get mineral water to the room. Multiple follow-ups b/w reception, housekeeping and IRD was so frustrating. 2. IRD was so bad. They cannot provide food at 3 PM and milk for baby at 12 midnight either. We had to order from outside when they had 24/7 restaurant in-house. 3. Check-in delay. We had to wait almost...
