"Very comfortable single room with kitchenette. It had what I needed for a few nights. Very clean and cleaning staff were very helpful. Not a bad location. Easy to access city, two quick buses to the airport and the roof pool was a blessing in the heat. Would stay again."

"The location is great and the accommodations very comfortable. We stayed on the top floor, and found the stairs to be a bit much, especially with luggage. We would definitely stay again, but not on the top floor. The breakfast is excellent, and the pool and surrounding area very pleasant. The staff was helpful, and the place in general is great. Parking is a challenge all over Sant Elm, as it was at Don Comilo. The AC was great. We would have perished without it!"

"The initial experience was ok. We were greeted well and checked in ok. Mary was very good. However things took a turn for the worse. We had no Hot water to shower for 3 days. We had to have cold showers - we complained several times and nothing was done. We reported about some safety concerns also - someone kept trying to smash our room door down randomly at night- having reported this to reception - absolutely nothing was done about this. Then we started to get prank calls from the staff at...
