Perfecto!

Excellent location....absolutely heavenly (but I am a tad biased as I love Ibiza so much!) Jamie is very friendly, attentive and was always on hand if needed. It was nice to receive a message the morning we flew out to check in with us about our arrival time and plans. The room was perfect for us, just right, stunning views, very clean and had everything we needed although we did need to improvise a little when we needed certain kitchen utensils! This may be down to visiting at the back end of the season but we didn't mind so much as we could get on ok with what we had, it just took a little imagination! The bed was fine and clean but could feel the springs when lying down trying to sleep which took a bit of getting used to and had to lay in a particular way to get comfy. It was a bit noisy at times and could hear other people moving things around in other rooms which wasn't too bad as it didn't go on too late but was noticeable. Overall a lovely stay in a beautiful place with cracking views, we even had a visit from a praying mantis on our last night! Very blessed! Would definitely go back.

appartement close to beach

appartement was very dissapointing: not clean, dirty sheets, floor dirty, safe didn't work, door & window hard to put on lock. Were promissed on internet 3x 1 personbed en 1 sofa cause we were with 4; we got 2 person bed and 1 sofa. I still think they put us in the wrong accomodation; not in an appartement like we booked but a studio. The only positive thing that was the staff, the guy who worked there was very friendly and helpfull. And the beach was nice and close to the appartment.

A piece of paradise!

Victor the manager is amazing, super kind and helpful without intruding. The whole experience was amazing. I visited with my 21 year old son celebrating his completing his degree with my two best friends. The weather was great not a rainy day, locals are very friendly coming from London this was a delightful surprise. The apartment is clean and in the perfect place. We used the pool and super market is about a 10 minute walk. I ran every morning on a deserted beach then had breakfast on the sea front, an omelet and tea for 5 euros!! Swam in the sea with fish and hiked up to the lighthouse. My stay I cannot describe in words... I'm looking forward to going back with my husband I hope Victor will have us back! My body is back in London at work, my soul is still in Ibiza running and swimming :) thank you very much. I hope to visit and stay with you again ;)

Una pena un apartamento tan bien situado

Lo dicho . Una pena, un apartamento tan bien situado, el estado en el que esta. El entorno precioso . Pero las instalaciones, en un estado lamentable. Descascarillados, tuberías sueltas que suenan por la noche, toallas de un gimnasio, nevera que hace ruido, el sistema de extracción en la cocina es un ventilador, manchas oxido en el Wc, telefonillo de la ducha que dispara agua en direcciones imposibles, a un lado de la terraza un coche abandonado, ni una sarten, ...Desde luego no cuidan los detalles. Lo peor de todo e imperdonable, el colchon. Sales de la cama hecho un ocho. No hay recepción. el chico que te recibe llamándole antes, muy amable la verdad. Y como no había mucha ocupación, nos dio una habitación al mar, lo cual le agradecemos mucho. Pero en conjunto , una pena que con el poco espacio que hay en la isla, no cuiden mas esas cosas. Una pena. Quiza (y por pensar algo ), es que como aun no ha llegado el boom del verano, aun no habían hecho el mantenimiento oportuno de las instalaciones.....insisto, por pensar algo...

Belle vue sur mer....mais.....

Notre arrivé a minuit.....pas une lumière allumée.....rien. L'accueil est en fait après un appel téléphonique dans la chambre 105.....? impossible a savoir sans telephoner. L'emplacement est très bien, il est dommage d'avoir un si bel établissement avec une belle position géographique et ne pas l'entretenir à ce point la.(vendez le moi , j'en ferais tout autre chose...) Le chauffage ne marchait pas.....il fallait donc allumer les plaques de cuisson pour faire chauffage.....et forcement une longue liste de petit dysfonctionnement. Donc forcement en contre parti, un établissement vue sur mer a un petit prix...on peut pas tout avoir.

Tranquilo y muy sencillo

Los apartamentos están bien, son sencillos. La zona es súper tranquila, con dos playas preciosas y rodeada de vegetacion. Para bucear son geniales. Lo malo de los apartamentos es lo poco equipados y el mal funcionamiento de algunas cosas. Por ejemplo, no conseguimos ni un día q saliera agua fría de los grifos, salía ardiendo . Poquísima presión, la cisterna tardaba media hora en llenarse. El equipamiento era mínimo, apenas un plato y un vaso y un par de cubiertos. La tv se veía regular, algunos canales no tenían buena señal. Servicio como sí no hubiera, apenas los pillabas por allí. A no ser q estuvieras añ medio día, lo q no suele ser habiyual. Por el resto, se aparca bien, la piscina muy chula, y hay paz y tranquilidad como en pocos sitios de ibiza. La ubicación un poco apartada, pero en nuestro caso es lo q íbamos buscando

Quartier super, déception sur accueil et prestatio

Résidence très bien située avec une vue magnifique, sur la mer. Appartement spacieux avec une très grande terrasse mais spartiate, la cuisine est peu équipée en vaisselle et très abîmée. Pas de séchoir pour étendre nos serviettes ou maillots de bain, pas de parasol sur la terrasse. Sur notre séjour de 14 nuits nous avons pris plus de la moitié de nos douches à l'eau froide malgré nos différentes réclamations. Les serviettes et draps ne sont pas changés régulièrement, ils sont de plus stockés dans une pièce fumeur et arrive dans nos logements imprégnés de l'odeur.... Le logement n'était pas très propre à notre arrivée. L'accueil est très désagréable, il y a un manque évident d'intérêt pour l'activité excercée! En résumé je recommande vivement le quartier mais pas la résidence.

Ne mérite pas ses étoiles

Hotel pourtant bien situé, belle vue, près de la plage, mais manque d'entretien évident (mis à part la piscine) Ampoules manquantes dans la salle de bain, chasse d'eau qui ne fonctionne pas, manque des lattes sur le sommier du 2ème lit, ustensiles de cuisine et vaisselle réduits au minima, parties communes jonchées d'aiguilles de pins.

Portinatx é excelente!

A estadia foi óptima. O apartamento tinha boas áreas e instalações, bem enquadrado na área natural circundante, mas com lacunas na limpeza (só ocorreu 1 vez na semana e deficientemente), na falta de manutenção da canalização do lava-louça e na substituição de lâmpadas fundidas. O atendimento dos 2 funcionários, foi simpático e prestável.

Good location, not a great hotel

The hotel is well located with a lovely view of the bay below. The rooms are large and fairly basic but it had everything we needed. We stayed 6 nights and didn't once have our towels or beds changed or have the room cleaned and there were no cleaning products available for us to clean the room with (we bought our own). The only bin in the room was a small one in the bathroom. The toilet was dirty. The window and balcony door did not lock. We booked a double room and we're given a twin, when we complained we were simply told to push the beds together which was awkward because of the layout of the walls (plug sockets light switches etc) and there was no way to keep the beds together so there was always a risk of falling between them. The beds were uncomfortable and hard. The pool was clean and decent but there were only a handful of loungers around it, the pictures showed many loungers, at peak times this put us off using the pool.

Nice apartment, viewing sea and next to mountain. I found it difficult to communicate with the staff though. They don't speak english and they are not always available. I would recommend it though for the cleaniness, space and quite area.

11day holiday but no room service at all same towels and bedding (awfull). Only 7 sunbeds and the pool area was filthy. It could be made a nice apartment complex but the staff seem uninterested

Closed at Easter

Resort was virtually closed at the end of Easter holidays. April 10th 2016. Pool was not cleaned during the 3 days we stopped at Apartamentos Australasia Playa and looked like it had not been cleaned in months. Pool area was scruffy in general but it looked like they were about to start refurbishment. Resort was 90% closed. Only one Spar shop was open 4 hours a day 6 days a week. Nearest shops were at least 15 minute drive away. 1 of the 4 restaurants that was open had half the menu unavailable including no pasta or chicken. I would of liked to have seen the resort and accommodation again in May but I don't think I would be able to convince the kids. Shame.

A lo mejor porque era temporada de invierno pero el hotel estaba avandonado obras inacabadas por tidas partes en la habitacion el baño sin secador y con el agua caliente tan escasa que no pdr ni lavarme el pelo ni estropajo ni detergente para fregar los cacharros...el sitio es muy bonito la verdad pero esta descuidado

schade um ein EIGENTLICH wunderbares Aprtmnt.Hotel

Aufenthalt vom 20.09. bis zum 02. 10. 2015! Die Anlage war sicherlich mal vor einigen Jahren sehr gepflegt und komfortabel- eine kleine Hotel-/ bzw. Apartmentanlage in ruhiger Lage, schönes "drumrum" und großzügige, geräumige Zimmer!!!...gepflegt und einladend könnte sie noch sein...wenn man sich weiter darum kümmern würde...leider tut dies augenscheinlich niemand mehr, was sehr, sehr schade ist! Hier und da und dort auch noch liegt Müll herum, den keiner einsammelt (insbesondere hinter dem Haus!!); Inventar, Ausstattung der Zimmer ist alles etwas "wackelig" und hat schon bessere Zeiten gesehen...all dies wäre noch zu verschmerzen, WENN der Service stimmen würde! Leider sprach die vor ort weilende Dame an der Rezeption so gut wie kein Wort Englisch (meiner Meinung ein "no-go" in einer Hotelanlage!) und während der 12 Tage Aufenthalt wurde unser Zimmer sage und schreibe 0 (in Worten NULL!) mal gereinigt!!!!!!!!!!! Es gab 2 x frische Handtücher und 1 x Bettenmachen- DAS WAR´S!!!! Würde mich nicht wundern, wenn der Laden in ein paar Jahren pleite ist......... NEVER EVER......

Tired and needs a good clean

The Room: Our view from the balcony was lovely and we had nice quality patio furniture. The TV, whilst a fabulous picture, had no English channels at all. The Apartment Area: Tthe stairs and pool area were never swept or mopped and had pine needles and litter all over the place for the whole of our stay. The pool was gritty at the bottom and there were broken pieces of tile around the pool. Portinatx is a beautiful place, would stay in resort again but not these apartments

Själva hotellområdet är väldigt slitet men lägenheterna är i bra skick och är rymliga. Särskilt den stora terassen är ett plus. Poolen är helt okej.Stranden ligger 5 minuter från hotellet och är jättefin. Den finns restauranger i närheten av boendet men tyvärr är standarden låg. Jag rekommenderar att hyra en bil och ha möjligheten att storhandla i en större och närliggande by.
