"The location of the hotel is good for the station and for restaurants along the promenade howver need to be a pretty robust walker as there are lots of hills and steps! Hotel was ok - decoration was minanilist and clinical. The bedroom and bathroom furniture is basic ( Ikea like!) . The towels were thin and poor quality. There was very little provided in the way of toiletries - no facial soap ,no bath robes. The wardrobe was located in an alcove in the room with a rail and a curtain ! Only...

"Hotel is in a prime location for a relaxing view of the ocean, however the balcony and its long chairs are never cleaned, they were full of bird poop, we could therefore not enjoy the premium we paid for the position of our room and its balcony, staff was unresponsive. There were other issues with house cleaning for the room. In summary, it’s a great hotel with poor house cleaning,"

"Amazing friendly staff, massive comfy bed and a wonderful breakfast. Perfection!"

"All of the staff were gracious and helpful. The breakfast/brunch was available from 8 - 1 pm which was amazing - all you can eat and even had wine available for brunch! The rooms were kept clean and fresh towels came everyday if you wanted them. We 'rented beach towels and a parasol from the hotel and once returned you got your deposit back. There was always fresh lemonade and coffee available in the front lobby which was great and there was great shopping and wonderful restaurants all around...
