"Location is not the best however the staff are very helpful and that’s what made the trip for us. It’s hard travelling with a kid as the amenities are lacking- eg there are no kettles in the room and had to walk to another building to get drinking hot water for my child."

"Clean room. Friendly, nice staff. Buffet breakfast available."

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Arlecchino in Venice! The location was excellent, especially since we were traveling with luggage. The hotel was easily accessible from the train station, which made our arrival very convenient. The room was clean, comfortable, and cozy. The staff was friendly and welcoming. "Great location, staff were very friendly and helpful, Rooftop terrace bar is brilliant with a great view of the grand canal and rialto bridge."

"Excelente todo; la habitación, la ubicación y el desayuno . El personal demasiado amable."

I also could not see Venice from the hotel like other reviews. Not sure how that would be possible. The staff spoke English and did provide information needed for the area. It was very cleaned compared to other hotels in the area. The beds were clean a bit hard but we slept well."

"The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was included and it was such a great variety of food and drinks. The cleaning staff missed a few things in our room. When the front desk was made aware they apologized and had the room recleaned."
