"The room was very comfortable and clean"

"Really beautiful hotel. Perfectly located at the Murano Museo stop so it allows for easy and convenient travel. Supermarket nearby. Vibes were immaculate, rooms are a good size enough for 2 people. All the amenities were great. Thank you for the upgrade, truly appreciated."

"Room is very clean. Staffs are very helpful. The shuttle service is excellent. They even drive us to and from the bus stop free of charge. The breakfast is good."

"Wonderful Stay at Hotel Arlecchino! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Arlecchino in Venice! The location is excellent, just a short walk from Piazzale Roma and very convenient for exploring the city, especially when traveling with luggage. The hotel is charming and comfortable, and we truly enjoyed our time there. A great choice for anyone visiting beautiful Venice. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Good service and excellent breakfast buffet"

"Simply Amazing! I simply do not recall a whole staff team as amazing as this one. Extremely attentive, helpful and always with great attitude."

"It was a modern hotel for the area, but there was no air conditioning in the room. It is at least a 20 minute city bus ride from Venice. I also could not see Venice from the hotel like other reviews. Not sure how that would be possible. The staff spoke English and did provide information needed for the area. It was very cleaned compared to other hotels in the area. The beds were clean a bit hard but we slept well."

"The hotel was beautiful. The view was grand. Breakfast was wonderful."

"Beautiful older building. Martino at the front desk was fantastic as were all the other workers we encountered. Slept with window open to keep cool, which was great but bells on every hour can be a little loud so bring earplugs (I’m sure it depends on where room is). There is an elevator but small so we took stairs most of the time. Perfect location!"

"good location and the service here is excellent"

"Es war einfach alles perfekt. Ein sehr gut renoviertes Hotel im besten Zustand. Sehr ruhige Zimmer, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Sehr freundliches Personal und ein wirklich ausgezeichnetes Frühstück. Und das noch in einer sehr angenehmen Umgebung."

"My TV remote had a white crusty residue on some buttons. The desk under the TV had two brown stains (probably coffee) and a sticky blob. The carpet and bare floor in front of the desk had visible crumbs. I spoke with the front desk the next day, he typed in the computer and said it would be addressed. I wrote in the Hilton app chat 2 more days until finally, after 3 days, the issues were fixed! Staff friendly and courteous. Breakfast was plentiful and they have trays. The location is fantastic...
