"I spent three nights and everything was fine. The place is clean and all the staff members I interacted with were very nice. The bedroom I had had a window to an indoor area but not to any exterior. I did not spend too much time in there so that was fine with me. If you are a light sleeper, you may have trouble as there is some noise and music at night from next door patios (restaurants, etc.). It is easy to walk to Isla de las Flores crossing the bridge and the new bus station is 7minutes away...

"Amazing stay in the jungle, surrounded by nature - hummingbirds at breakfast, monkeys foraging in the trees above the hammocks each afternoon. Total relaxation, close enough to Tikal and a great nature hike with a couple of restaurants down the road. (the in-house options are wonderful) Our hosts were awesome - always smiling, helping in any way they could, cooking up delicious and reasonably priced breakfasts, lunches and dinners. "It was good. We just needed a place to sleep with a private bathroom. Traveled with my 71y/o mother. We are both diabetics insuline dependent and they were kind to let us store the insulin in their fridge. They also stored our bags untill check in time as we arrived early. "

"All staff members were friendly, attentive and accommodating. There’s free transportation to Flores available by boat before 8 pm, and for a small fee boat will transport you to surrounding areas after hours. I scheduled the boat at 2:30 am to make it to Flores for my tour to Tikal and for 3 consecutive nights to pick me up after dinner. They also have a complimentary use of 2 kayaks.
