"Easy Check in and the service was great "

"Having the Hilton name on this property is deceiving as that name makes me expect a clean hotel that is frequently painted, maintained and refreshed when needed. My issues with this hotel have nothing to do with the staff, they did their best considering the condition of this hotel. You could tell at one time this was a beautiful hotel. But now is extremely overdue for a refresh, just seems very old inside. The bathrooms are old and crusty, the elevators make some scary noises and the beds should have been replaced a couple years ago. Until this hotel gets a refresh I will not go back. In fact after staying at this hotel will now make me think twice before booking a Hilton property. "

"Extremely clean, great A/C, bed, shower and utilities. The only downside is the noise due to the proximity to the highway. However, I wore earplugs at night and it didn’t bother me at all. It was actually handy being so close in term of commute. Many places to eat nearby."

"Bed was uncomfortable- there was a dip in the mattress that I couldn’t get comfortable in. Hardly slept. Bathtub drain looked dirty but when I looked closer it was flaking off and discolored. Room had unpleasant smell. I was a late check in having arrived at SNA from out of town and I was leaving early the next morning so I didn’t bother attempting a remedy. The front desk staff was the best part as they were friendly and check in/out was a breeze. "

"The suite I stayed in this time was pretty nice considering, I mean it is “The Red Roof Inn” ain’t no 5 star Hotel. More like a brothel. Which I’m cool with. Over all I like the place I stay often. Room amenities are to be desired. They claim that every booking is for two adults if they give you the amenities of one for towels, wash, loss, hand towels. Floors are dirty carpet dirty it all needs to be redone. Seems like they’re doing that little bit at a time. Parking is OK not bad restaurant right next-door Polly pies convenient good food air conditioning been good in any room I stay in. Don’t take my review bad I’m just brutally honest. I have no filters but I do tell the truth so, what is it out of 10 stars five stars whatever it is I give them out to overall staff is good. They’re cool."
