"It is very bizarre to have the Palmoro House building so far away yet associated with the Mar Monte Hotel. Room was great and fine, just very odd to have the association between the two hotels. If you don't mind the distance from the check in building then this will work for you. The parking lot for Palmoro is incredibly hard to navigate when there are many SUVs in it. It seems like one row of parking should be eliminated, as we watched a few close calls from our balcony. Otherwise we did enjoy...

"The bar was nice to experience after a full day of traveling and late checkin. Definitely do the valet parking. Very easy walk to the wharf. I suggest the Wharf restaurant for breakfast."

"The staff is amazing! From Nyah at the front desk to the manager, Nicole, everyone was super kind and authentic. The hotel is very clean and even smells good. You need to use valet for parking on premises. The rooms are small, but efficient and cozy. The small outdoor patio is a nice extension to the room. And, it only a short 5-min walk to the beach and restaurants!!!"

"Tried to contact hotel by phone three times and once by email prior to our arrival to let them know we were getting in late. No answer or response at all. Showed up to no one working and apparently one person was responsible for 4 hotels and helped us checkin to a room that was dirty, had no trash can or soap, the shower was moldy, the sheets were like toilet paper and towels like t-shirts. The morning breakfast is cereal and starts at 730am so no coffee until then as there was no coffee...
