"It’s a very cute property and our room was large and well decorated. It was a bummer that there was no restaurant or food available on property. Staff were fine but seemed a little amateur. Feels a little more like a B&B than a hotel, not necessarily a bad thing. Just depends on what you’re looking for. "

"We booked 3 weeks before my stay with my girlfriend and I drove 4 hours to the hotel we were to supposed to stay at and when we get to the time we are supposed to check in which was at 4pm the people at the front end up telling us that our reservation wasn’t in the system and we contacted Expedia for 2 hours mind you it’s already 6pm and they didn’t do anything about it so I had to drive another 4 hours home. So unprofessional and bad customer service lost a customer. "

"The hotel location was perfect, literally right in front of stern’s wharf. Staff was nice and the rooms were clean. Just be aware that there is two buildings. The main building and the north building. The north building isn’t on the beach, but is just a few minutes walk or a 30 second drive from the main building "

"Super cute hotel with such a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly - from valet to the front desk, as well as everyone at the restaurant and bar. I especially loved that they offered a texting option for any requests, which made everything feel so convenient and seamless. The room was spacious with modern furniture and very comfortable beds.
