"We’d never stayed on the north of the island before and when we were looking into it, the price of this hotel seemed too good to be true. It’s excellent. The pool, the spa, the gardens. "The hotel was nice and clean ,the staff were friendly and helpful . I had to pay €15 for parking but Puerto is a nightmare to park so I didn’t mind too much . I put my stuff in the safe and then it locked it in . I had to then pay €4 a day for the safe to get a code to open the safe . The room was nice and clean but no coffee making facilities or fridge . The pool was ok and clean . We were kept awake by a party going off in the hotel until after midnight . Then theirs the food !!! Not very...
