Check in was very unorganized and chaotic. Rooms were not ready on time and people were lined up to get in. No ice machine, and we had stains on the sheets.

Planet Hollywood Costa Rica by Royalton, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort
The pool was enjoyable. However, I did have a little issue w any food that I left in the room for later, was always removed and discarded. After being in the pool all day, you would want a little snack when u return to the room until dinner. The food that I had in the fridge was also discarded.

Toro Blanco Resort
We had a wonderful stay at Toro Blanco and would definitely return! The room was clean and spacious with all the necessities.
