"Bonjour, La 1er nuit a été parfaite. La 2 eme nuit nous avons signalé en fin de journée que la clim ne fonctionnait plus, après contrôle du responsable toujours pas de clim aussi avons nous décidé de dormir la fenêtre ouverte mais cela n'a pas était possible car elle donné sur un jardin ou avez lieu ..."

"We arrived at 5pm, there were no staff at reception, we finally managed to contact a young lady who after booking us in told us there were no dining facilities. The kitchen had been out of commission for weeks. We asked why we had not been informed, she said that she had been given specific instructions ..."
