"Hotel stay was good but the bed broke and when we flipped up mattress we noticed the bed was already broke and had braces . We were told they were full capacity so we didn’t change rooms but they took one day off our stay. We also put do not disturb sign on for the three days we were there but on the second day someone came in and cleaned the room with our stuff inside. The management claimed if the sign was up they wouldn’t have came in, but the sign was taken off our room and brought in and...

"The room was great and staff was great but, we were told the pool was heated and spa was hot. Went to go swimming the night we were there and the pool was cold as well as the spa. Kind of a let down for as much as we spent to stay there. "

"The hot tub was amazing, the staff are respectful and clean. It’s a pretty quiet environment and pleasant experience with the jacuzzi suite and regular rooms."

"Our room had ants in it. Told main desk and they said they’d get housekeeping to clean again while we were out for the day. Upon our return there still were ants in the bathroom and in the desk. Got an apology from the front desk."

"This place is grimy. Looks like it is about to go out of business The bar is closed because they have had too many fights and too much noise apparently. The only thing good was the price and it still wasn't worth it. I would stay elsewhere."

"We were celebrating our disabled daughter bday weekend and upon check in we given vouchers equally 60.00 15.00 each total of 4 we tried to use them at the restaurant and were told of no use there only for alcohol .we don't drink alcohol. The pool was closed Sunday morning and the walls were so thin we complained that the children were very loud next door we were room 570 not at all a good experience "

"Overall we stayed for 3 nights..the pool is slightly small and the hot tub was out of service. We would still come back.. the room was spacious with separate sitting and drop off area. It’s an older hotel for sure but we enjoyed the area and parking was free. The room had a rust area in the tub-rm 322- and the AC was loud and no vent in the bathroom… but the spacious room was great with 2 TV’s. It’s California… in Pasadena… we were not in our rooms that much… it was enough for us! "

"We did not use the gym or pool, but noticed that people were using it. The staff were all very nice, the room well air conditioned, and it was a nice place to stay. The only downside was a few of the guests who were not considerate at night, and made too much noise! Thwart being said, I would recommend the Fairfield."
