"The Tortuga bay suite is right by the street so you hear the street noise until about 10:30pm on workdays and about 11:30pm on a Friday. The air conditioner doesn’t work well. The staff was very accommodating with providing us breakfast before excursions and providing free transport from the ferry on check-in & check-out."
