"The room is expensive for what you get. My room was okay until there was a leak in it the second morning. It was not handled by the front desk. I had noticed the day before there was sheetrock missing from the ceiling above the tub. I awoke to the sound of dripping water and discovered water coming from the ceiling in the entry way. I put a towel down and called the front desk to report it. She said she'd let someone know. I was just hoping it was clean water and not a toilet overflow on...

"Pictures of property on this site does not match, property is dark and dingy, check in desk looks like a jail cell. Linens were old and had holes, matress was hard, old and full of stains. Staff could not figure out how to code our keys. Sign for entrance to property was nearly invisible."

"The Pecos Trail Inn is a gem. Even before arriving the Innkeepers were in contact with information about the Inn, and open to any questions. The Front Desk staff were very helpful, friendly with great attention to detail. We enjoyed our short stay in the lovely well appointed room, Overall the grounds were well kept and orderly with a nice swimming pool. We highly recommend. Hope to visit again soon."

"Nice room (suite), very clean. We really appreciated the daily housekeeping-beds made, fresh towels, etc. Breakfast was pretty good. Water pressure in shower was ridiculous…like being in a downpour. Shower drain was really slow…ended up standing in ankle deep water by the time we were done showering. We would have reported drain issue at checkout, but no one was at the desk when we dropped off room keys. We would stay here again if we come back to Santa Fe."
