"All staff were very accommodating. The building was very unique and comfortable, clean and welcoming. Bed was comfy and linens plush. Our only suggestion would be to have a microwave in a public location (possibly in near the lobby/dining area. Thank you for providing a very comfortable stay!"

Our room had a bathroom that was disconnected (read the fine print) but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The breakfast in the morning was FANTASTIC!! "

"This is a wonderful hotel. Convenient for everything in Santa Fe. The rooms were comfortable and clean with a bonus of a fireplace. Bathroom was nice and had all the amenities you need. Staff was kind and helpful. I can not recommend this hotel more!"

"The hotel was very nice and clean. Brandon did a very nice job of accommodating our wishes and finding us a handicap room with a walk-in shower. I did have a little problem with check out. I was told check out was at 10:00 a.m. which is quite unusual for hotels which give their customers at least till 11 a.m. Other than that, if visiting Santa Fe in the future, I'll stay here again."

Beautiful art and decor, clean spaces, fabulous made-to-order breakfasts (blue corn pancakes, or breakfast burrito, or egg white omelette etc), super-attentive and gracious staff, fluffy towels, parking included, etc. We needed a lightbulb changed in our room and they came immediately to fix it. They also offer local pie and ice cream, and hand-made marshmallows, in the lobby."
