"I just returned from three weeks in Sicily, having spent the first five days at Borgo di Ciaula. The location is great for exploring Santa Flavia and Sant'Elia.
The staff is very welcoming, friendly and professional. They took care of me as though I were a member of their family.

"Very nice hotel with great amenities. Our only issue was the room was a smoked room and when we asked to see if that can be fixed, an air refresher was brought in. hehe
Other than that, everything was great. Staff is very friendly and lots of activities provided by hotel. "
