"We were really disappointed with our stay. Staff were very unhelpful. Hallways not clean. Given a room with a view of garbage cans and gas tanks. Another guest arrived on a red eye at 10 am and was told her room would not be ready until 2pm! Far from airport. Very limited ameneties, not even conditioner or enough towels. Will not stay here again "

"This lodging is a hidden gem away from Poas but close enough to get to the crater within 20 minutes. The views from the dining area were spectacular. "This hotel was amazing, first we had done 2 different reservations (we added a night after), the second night we booked was a suite and the receptionist put us both nights in the suite which we really appreciated of him. Then the room was very clean and all what you need was present. The breakfast was very tasty, the buffet had enough options. A clear safe choice for a starting point in Costa Rica! "
