I had an issue with my room location and they addressed it and changed it immediately. The stake-house was amazing (a bit pricey, but worth it). "First of all this is not a 24/7 hands on place at all. The front desk only works from 8am to 10 pm. So if you have anything that you need you won't get it. If the pipe burst, need towels, light bulb you won't be able to get anything ontil that time. So emergency around that time isn't available. Outside my room iheard a loud bang. It was glass that was broken by whom I don't know I was too scared to go and find out. That happened the 2nd night. They need to make that gate higher anyone can...

"The resort had nice rooms with good amenities. The check in and out Staff were pretty stiff and seemed not to be enjoying their jobs. No smiles at greetings or check out. The guys who drove us to our room was excellent and friendly. We counted over a 100 steps to carry our bags up to check out and it would of been nice to offer a ride back up the steep incline. The girl who check us out said it wasn't an option."
