Lamento a avaria no jakussi e o fato de se ter que trocar as toalhas na recepção, o que implicava estarmos molhados e pedir novas toalhas para tomarmos banho. Pequeno fraco para um hotel de 4 estrelas. Não entendo como um hotel de 4 estrelas faz preços especiais a empresas de construção civil, colocando os operatórios já fardados a tomar o pequeno almoço juntos com os outros hóspedes. Não se trata de preconceito, mas assim não parece estarmos hospedados num hotel de 4 estrelas , mas sim na pensão estrela

As camas têm 1,80m, no vosso anúncio dizia king size, os quarto para família são pequenos, a casa de banho deteriorada, ar condicionado fraco, lençóis, colchas e cortinados rotos. Piscina detriorada. Local com muitos mosquitos, janelas sem rede mosquiteira. Não existe local para pendurar toalhas e fatos de banho a secar.... Hotel com 4 estrelas, já estive em hotéis com 2 estrelas, bem melhores.

Hotel muito agradável, pessoal simpático e disponível, bom pequeno almoço, excelente piscina, sauna, ginásio e court de ténis, tudo em muito boas condições. Nosotros, como otros muchos, hemos aprovechado este puente para ir a Perlim, y este es un buen hotel cercano para dormir y desayunar (sólo nos quedamos una noche). No hemos utilizado ni la piscina, ni ningún otro servicio por lo que no puedo opinar sobre ello. La habitación correcta, limpia, amplia... lo dicho, cumple con lo que se espera. El desayuno completo y el personal muy atento y amable.

Water wasn’t working in the room for a few hours - after walking in the rain for 6 hours this wasn’t ideal - jacuzzi had hair like balls of it floating around and would not go above 36 which is pretty luke warm - comfortable for a pilgrim used to a bunk bed but not a 4 star hotel!
