"The hotel is lovely. Many of the high ceilings are frescoed and the floors are marble. Although our room was not large it was well appointed and luxurious w upholstered wall and fine lenin sheets. Our room was ver quiet as well. The location for the hotel is perfect! "

We never met anyone in person, but it was fine because we received quick and detailed responses to any questions we had. "Property was in a part of central Bologna a way (30 min walk) from main attractions except the 2 towers. It was entirely self-service and the room locks worked with difficulty. One has to carry around 4 mets keys - front door, main reception, corridor with guest rooms and one’s own room. The breakfast was minimal, but one doesn’t starve. Area is not entirely safe - I was accosted by aggressive beggars twice. Soap bars were tiny and not replaced. Towels were not exchanged unless one asks.it is...
