I wouldn’t stay there again even though the accommodation was good it was just unwelcoming to us. Breakfast typically Italian nice choice of cold meat and cheese and sweets. There was no directory to contact the front desk or housekeeping when we ran out of toilet paper we tried 0 and 1 no answer definitely the staff need to brighten up and show some enthusiasm."

"The view from the room directly overlooked the Teatro Al Massimo. The sunsets were amazing and the room could not have been cleaner. Gianni waited over an hour for us to accommodate our early check-in. Snacks and coffee were stored in the kitchen for our use and the room was quiet— two floors above ground floor. Elevator works which in other properties may or may not be the case. “A”."
