Everything was amazing, clean room, up to date, great amenities, complimentary breakfast was beyond amazing compared to other “breakfast included” locations absolutely delicious, the waffle bar was a big hit, long wait but worth it. The staff was amazing and sweet! We will ABSOLUTELY be staying here again!!!!!!!!! Highly recommend! "

"Clean room and safe parking. I reserved a king bed. It was awkward at check-in when I was told twice that despite me making the reservation for a king bed, they only had queen beds. The receptionist was monotone, presumably so I don’t ask again. "

"We stayed at the Wine Valley Inn for three nights, having selected the property based on its 5-star ratings. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet those expectations. Although the receptionist was initially helpful and agreed that our room would be serviced daily by 1:00 PM, this arrangement was not honored. The second day was particularly disappointing; we returned to an unserviced room and had to contact the front desk to resolve the matter. In response, an employee named Javi was sent to our room, but he only provided fresh towels. When we requested full service, he informed us that his 'boss told him not to' clean or make the bed. We were forced to contact the desk a second time to have the service completed correctly. Despite my wife expressing our serious concerns regarding these repeated lapses, the front desk staff failed to offer a satisfactory solution. "
