"An amazing hotel right on the lake , we had the lake vside room and it didnt disappoint. the hotel was fantastic, we had a free parking spot, close to the ferry depot where lots of ferries stopped. Food at the hotel was very good, other restaurants availaible outside too. the cable car to the top was within walking distance with amazing views and nice walks around the village. the staff at the hotel were brillina, very helpful and lovely. "Great hotel with fantastic balcony views of Lake Como. Very spacious and well kept grounds around the hotel with ample parking. Extremely helpful and friendly hotel staff who go the extra mile for anything you may need. Very clean rooms. Breakfast options were very good with lots of different options. Based a short walk from restaurants and ferry and bus terminals for transport to other locations around the Lake Como."

"Es ist ein wunderschönes Hotel in einer sterbenden Umgebung das Shoppingcenter wirkt ungepflegt. Viele Leerstände und teilweise vermüllt. Das Hotel selber ist sehr schön aber vieles ist kaputt. Stühle im Zimmer so kaputt das man sich nicht setzen kann. Teppich ausgefranzt und die Klimaanlage hat auch nicht funktioniert. Das Frühstück war ok. Alles bisschen in die Jahre gekommen aber da der Preis wirklich günstig war und das Hotel trotzdem schön und sauber war würde ich wieder kommen. "

"Unbeatable views but that's about it. No elevator. Had to lug all of our luggage upstairs ourselves. No help from the staff. Rooms are incredibly outdated and dilapidated. The TV is smaller than my laptop. The shower is the size of a shower on a cruise ship. The restaurant on property is just ok. They try too hard to serve fancy food instead of sticking to a traditional, simple Italian menu. If it wasn't for the incredible view it would have been a total bust."

We reserved a room with beautiful views of the lake, everyday we had breakfast on the balcony it was breathtaking... the bed is very confortable, the staff is incredibly nice and welcomming. We took 15 minute walks almost to everything, nightime walks are wonderful, so many stars so so beautiful!! I will be back ❤️"

"Skønt sted! Vi fejrede nytår her og var her kun én nat. Men vi vil utrolig gerne besøge stedet igen og opleve det om sommeren. Stedet er som et slot dog med nye faciliteter som gør oplevelsen helt fantastisk! Der er ikke så mange værelser, så man følger sig taget godt imod af Ariana og de andre medarbejdere, som sørger for fin morgenmad og hvad man ellers kan ønske. Køleskab og dejligt badeværelse, og indretningen føles autentisk."

"Great location, right outside the ferry/view. The staff were incredibly sweet and went above and beyond. We were able to check in a little earlier than usual, have breakfast prepared by staff to-go when we had to leave early, get a taxi scheduled for us when the ferries got cancelled, etc etc. hands down would book again!"
