Atención a clientes nacionales
La atención a los clientes nacionales es deficiente hay diferenciación en lo que se ofrece en términos de habitaciones y desayunos a los nacionales vs extranjeros, siendo mejor el producto ofrecido al extranjero, hay oportunidad de mejora asociada a los colchones de las habitaciones, al olor de humedad en la habitación que usamos en el primer piso, se debe tomar un curso de atención al cliente por parte de la señora Andrea que nos recibio.

Super nice hosts.
Probably the best service of any hostel anywhere. Really accommodating host and super nice. The place is neat and comfortable. As far as the location it’s quiet and pleasant away from the ruckus of rododero but a short and cheap bus ride or taxi to that hub where the action is. It’s a short walking distance to the marina to catch water activities.

The husband & wife live on the premises with their two lovely daughters. They were very welcoming and available to help in any way. Our room had the most comfortable beds with quality sheets. The decorations & art throughout were a tasteful mixture of old & modern. Nicolas was very proud of his attractive wine room. Breakfast was wonderful. It was only a short walk to the beach. We cannot say anything negative.
