"Our room shook every time someone did laundry started about 5 am and then went every off hour or so. When we mentioned it to the front desk, they seemed like they knew it was an issue and were unhelpful. We asked to switch rooms, but they wouldn’t even let us see the other room. Room was like daylight even at night because there were blinds but no curtains in the extra room, and the parking lot was so bright. Tried to cover it with towels and it not great."

"Room was good, however no coffee maker in the room which unusual for Hyatt hotel. Hair Blower was not functional. Cleaning staff place only 3 towels in the room even thought 4 persons were staying in the room. Arrived 2 hours after check-in time and room was still not ready.. waited for about an hour before room was ready.. lost my $300 prescription sunglasses during my waiting for the room to be ready!"

"Was charged extra for rooms i already paid in Expedia. TV didn’t work. Overbooked and under staffed. General Manager was nice until he skipped the line for restaurant to sit someone else on my table. Still pending on extra charges to be resolved."
