"Our room shook every time someone did laundry started about 5 am and then went every off hour or so. When we mentioned it to the front desk, they seemed like they knew it was an issue and were unhelpful. We asked to switch rooms, but they wouldn’t even let us see the other room. Room was like daylight even at night because there were blinds but no curtains in the extra room, and the parking lot was so bright. Tried to cover it with towels and it not great."

"Hotel was strategically located, we got a bigger room which was very helpful However the hotel can use some renovation especially on the bathrooms However Santa Monica is not the same anymore, lots of zombie homeless sleeping in the streets"
