"Great location"

"Sophie and Daniella at the front desk are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The room was beautiful and extremely clean. Great amenities and close to the freeway and Calamigos Ranch, where we were curating florals for a 4th of July weekend wedding. Safe and fabulous. It was a great decision to stay here. I wish my Bonvoy rewards were available when I check in through Expedia. "

"Very noisy next door…cleaning crew flushing toilet non-stop! The view from our room was a wall..they could have put us in a better room! Especially when the place was empty? They weren’t at full capacity…never going there again! The elevators were the worst,,we have ever been in.Every time it stopped we had to brace ourselves,Buttons didn’t work properly.. Never Again!"

"The location is very convenient and the views were awesome. The room was also very clean and quiet. Our only problem was with the extremely unhelpful staff member who couldn’t even tell us if our room came with a refrigerator or not. We had called ahead of time to find out this information and she simply said that she was new and it would stay on our reservation. We told her we booked through Expedia and she told us to simply go to the website and look it up there. How are we supposed to go look...

"The grounds are really lovely. But the staff is really what made it for us. Douglas was so very helpful. Always with a smile on his face. Jared in the restaurant so kind. Then the Iranian valet older classy man in a linen suit who was the kindest most helpful person. He was so lovely to my son and his cousin. Joyful and very giving. He was beaming lovely energy. He was so very helpful. I also loved the nighttime restaurant manager a woman I believe named Gigi? She was lovely too. The front desk...

"the ac didn’t actually get cold unless you set it to the 50s and even then it would only ever hit 65 and it was still watm"

"Rooms were clean, the staff were helpful. They need a better solution for parking, there are parking spots but when the hotel is full, there is a struggle in finding parking on the property. The property is safe. For a free breakfast it is very good.Breakfast area is adequate. When the hotel is full, you may struggle with seating, alternatively, just eat in your room."

"It’s a spacious clean room with great AC, great blinds on window, plenty of lighting fixtures and great size TV Set. The location could not be better, right off the freeway, 24/7 Denny’s restaurant next door, walking distance to Starbucks, grocery store and shopping area. Only two things I was not ok with, the beds are noisy and the parking and hallways were very dark after sundown. I had to watch my every step going up or down stairs to feel safe."
