"Nice place, close walk to beach, distant beach view. The Bayside beach was also pretty. However for families with small children and non- morning people.. they have a 9AM checkout time, which can make your last day a struggle. Over all we loved it."

"We stayed for 4 nights in Navarre Fl. During the Thanksgivingish holiday.
We choose southern rental vacations because we've stayed with them before and they are very attentive to what we needed and our concerns were important to them. They sent text messages to check on us. Not annoying, just checking in on us. It was nice.
Beach access was just right, the pool was warmer than the gulf so it was very nice to jump in after being in the gulf to warm up a bit, Before moving on with the day....

"Nice beachfront property with great views. Relaxing for families. Nice pool and hot tub on the property. "

"Property management was not available. There was no communication as to how to check in. It took hours to get through to someone to get the door code. Then there were bathroom plumbing issues, broken shower doors and broken tub drains. I do not think this was a good value for my money and I wouldn't stay here again. I still never received an email from property management, but they have emailed me confirmation of two other peoples stays since I've checked out."

"i wouldn't recommend this place to anyone the condo needs to be updated , beds were super hard to sleep in , it smelt bad , the condo wasn't cleaned well , there was still crumbs on the carpet and actual floor, and the door code that they left us was incorrect, we had to speak with customer service. and the shower head in master bedroom didn't work. it was honestly such a hassle . do not stay here. "
