"The unit was absolutely perfect for what our family needed. The size was wonderful for our family of 5 with one of the bedroom spaces its own little apartment. Tons of comfortable seating space.
There were a couple of things I thought could have been better.
The jetted tub in the master bedroom didnt work.
The washer and dryer in the main part of the unit were awful, dryer took 2 cycles to dry a small load of light clothes.
The kitchen is well appointed except no niceties…things like salt...

"We are very pleased with the location and condition of this property. The condo is super clean, well decorated and well equipped. Minutes of walk to Navarre Beach and the quiet Opal Beach. Beautiful views of the sound from the Balcony. "

"We loved the view and the beach was quiet and beautiful. The only thing was the grout in the hall bathroom shower was dirty and needed a good cleaning. Everything else was great."

"We stayed for 4 nights in Navarre Fl. During the Thanksgivingish holiday.
We choose southern rental vacations because we've stayed with them before and they are very attentive to what we needed and our concerns were important to them. They sent text messages to check on us. Not annoying, just checking in on us. It was nice.
Beach access was just right, the pool was warmer than the gulf so it was very nice to jump in after being in the gulf to warm up a bit, Before moving on with the day....

"i wouldn't recommend this place to anyone the condo needs to be updated , beds were super hard to sleep in , it smelt bad , the condo wasn't cleaned well , there was still crumbs on the carpet and actual floor, and the door code that they left us was incorrect, we had to speak with customer service. and the shower head in master bedroom didn't work. it was honestly such a hassle . do not stay here. "
