"Very kind and accommodating staff, and the location is excellent! However, that being said, you should be prepared for some noise due to the area. The hotel is definitely dated and could benefit from renovations. Unfortunately, when I went to take a shower, I discovered black mold covering the bathroom. The staff responded quickly, which I appreciated, but I didn’t feel comfortable staying in the room for health reasons. There were no other rooms available, so I had to leave late Saturday night. Since then, Hotels.com has been trying to contact the property on my behalf, but unfortunately there has been no response to issue the refund I was told they would issue. "

"Our stay at hotel Madero was wonderful. Querétaro is such a beautiful city and the hotel is in the middle of it all! From our hotel we walked to restaurants bars shops the location was extremely convenient. Our room was clean and comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again! "

"Very nice hotel we stayed in the basement I thought it will be little claustrophobic but was very quiet. The breakfast included not many options and not very good. The staff very nice and helpful when needed tech help was sent immediately. "

"Very comfortable, large room with nice bedding and towels. The included breakfast was a wonderful buffet. Easy to walk to the city center.we stayed just one night but for longer stays a mini fridge would be a nice addition to the room. Also it would be nice to give 2 bottles of complimentary drinking water instead of putting a 30 peso charge on each bottle. However there are places nearby to buy water. We weren't there long enough to use the pool. We would definitely stay again. "
