"The hotel islocated in a very peaceful location. Having a car is highly advised as the resort is huge. Staff from the front desk to the restaurant were all very nice. The rooms were more than enough for one human being. Breakfast was plated but tasty. I highly recommend the milk fish. "

One thing to note is transportation: there are very few taxis available in the area and Grab does not operate here, so getting around usually requires using tricycles. "Pool was almost as advertised just wasn’t as hot as we expected. Basically room temp. Our internet was horrible. Kept kicking us off and couldn’t watch live tv because it would stop a lot. Place was beautiful and the staff was excellent. But for the price I was expecting a bit more of no hassle room issues. They do have free chauffeur service in local area and the staff was super helpful. "

"The room had ants and mosquitoes had no toilet seat very noisy out side due to traffic and no tiles on wall in bathroom. The fridge was to small the cupboard was broken the table was to small as well. And for a deluxe room no way."

"Great place to stay for a quick getaway from Manila. Property has all kinds of amenities from swimming pool, bowling alley, basketball courts etc to keep you busy. Keep in mind there are fees to use them if your only renting the place for awhile and you're not an owner. But fees are reasonable. Staff are friendly and eager to help. Nice restaurant on the 4th floor with reasonable prices and tastes good.Overall i would come back again."

"Only book the renovated rooms as the old ones are unliveable - no hot water and and aircon system from 1963. The new rooms are fine, just ok. Breakfast is poor. Note to management: sort out hot water in your renovated rooms so it’s consistent and dramatically improve breakfast to a level you’d eat yourself and you will make more money. Lovely staff, decrepit property. "

"Staff were helpful and courteous. Room was awful. We booked premium room, but the room was terrible. It did not look similar to the picture that was advertised. The 3rd floor carpeting in the corridor was stained with pet urine and smelled awful. The elevator was tight and looked like it needed maintaining. We found pet excrement in carpeting. The room smelled smoke in a non smoking room and smells pet urine. The curtains were black in color where the original color was...
