Excellent environment. Exactly what we were looking for to relax. Staff is very friendly. The entire property is nice and clean and well maintained. I would definitely go back again.

Atrocious.

The chalets were atrocious. There were bugs everywhere. The chalet was old and with holes everywhere. You could see daylight through the cracks. Hence the bugs. The sheets were yellow and the pillow was moldy. There were dogs barking very early in the morning and the breakfast buffet was terrible.

Atendimento incrível. Funcionários extremamente educados e atenciosos. Local muito organizado e limpo. O restaurante tem várias opções de porções e no self-service. Fazendinha é um local que as crianças adoram. Único ponto negativo é o sinal de wi-fi que é muito instável. Conexão cai toda hora.

apesar de ser confortável, no quarto não havia prateleiras, cabides ou cabideiro . Não tem mesa de cabeceira, nenhum móvel para deixar a mala. Mesa e cadeira também não tinha. Internet fraca. Hotel fazenda que não oferece manteiga no café da manhã. Somenteteiga margarina. Pouca variedade de frutas.

Hospedagem ok, mas precisa de atencao ao quarto104

Fiquei jo quarto 104 casa de campo, o lugar é bem legal, muito grande e com varias atividades. O problema foi que meu quarto teve problema no chuveiro, saia muito pouca agua, quase nada, pedi para arrumar e nao arrumaram. Tambem teve problemas na descarga que ficou disparada. Fiquei 2 noites e nao arrumaram mesmo eu pedindo. Mas no restante para uma hospedagem de negocios foi ok.

O hotel eh legal, mas as instalações externas precisam de melhor manutenção. Os toboáguas balançam muito e passam pouco tempo funcionando. Além disso, eh bastante barulhento no início da manhã. Acho que a acústica dos quartos não ajuda tb.

A pior possível.

A hospedagem foi terrível. O chalé fica em área distante do estacionamento; o a suite não tinha uma cadeira e mesa para trabalho (a mala ficou no chão), nem um cabide sequer; o folder informativo consta "jantar das 19h as 19;30" (!!!!!!!), o recepcionista foi grosseiro ao avisar que veículos não podiam acessar o interior da pousada. Não voltarei nem recomendo a ninguém

Decepção

Tivemos que carregar as nossas bagagens por cerca de 30 metros ladeira a cima com um carrinho de mão, os quartos eram bons, mas a internet péssima, a tv só pegava um canal. O hotel além do hospedes oferece diaria para que quer passar só o dia, isso causa lotação e tira a privacidade dos hospedes. Os proprietários fizeram questão de lembrar para nós que pagamos um preço errado, que seria bem abaixo, por isso nos privaram de participar das festas oferecidas a noite, de fato não participariamos mesmo, pois todas as noites tínhamos compromisso nacidade, mas foi constrangedor.
