"Overall, the property, the staff, the welcoming personal and the amenities were excellent and accurate to the listing. One thing to note, be aware that the hotel is located between two very long sets of stairs. We didn't know this when we booked and we had a very heavy luggage to bring all the way up. "The air conditioning was ineffective in our unit — it had two different units and they would not lower the room temp at night below 25 C. It was uncomfortable for sleeping. I told the person at the office (office closed early at 6 pm) but they did not do anything about it. The room was ok, spacious but basic. Water pressure was excellent in shower."

"Place was in a great location close to a lot and also tram transportation Rooms spacious and high ceilings my only complaint was our room was next door to such high construction noise from early am till after 8pm Although we were out touring most of the time, it was very annoying. I had to blast my TV to drown it out So if you do stay there, please double check that they are finished with construction next-door and then you won’t be disappointed"
