"Staff were not great. Used the spa and the jacuzzi was dirty and cold. A lady of the spa came and asked me to leave because other people paid her to use a jacuzzi that shall be available to all the guests. Poor experience.!"

"The hot tub smelled rotten, the water was clearly not cleaned. Once we checked in we realized the staff left the property for a couple of hours - the desk is not always staffed, so there is truly no security. The room was not clean and there is was no hot water in the shower. When we told the property we wanted to leave, they just told us to pay them and offered no resolution for our complaints. We did not stay either night we had booked here, we found alternative lodging that was nicer for much cheaper. Upon reaching out to Expedia for a partial refund, they informed us the property claimed we stayed throughout our reservation. This is a lie and I don’t trust these people. Would recommend finding another place to stay. Also: there are gaps in the sealing of the building, so the bugs really are as bad as people say. "
