Exceptional Service: The staff is truly the heart of this hotel. They are impeccable, friendly, and go above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay. Special touches like the daily delivery of port wine and sweet treats to our room made us feel incredibly pampered. Stunning Accommodations: Our room was spacious, pristinely clean, and elegantly decorated with a perfect blend of modern luxury and historic detail. The Caudalie toiletries were a high-end bonus that we thoroughly enjoyed. The Wine Experience: For any wine lover, this is a dream. The daily wine tastings with a knowledgeable sommelier were both educational and fun. The in-house Federico restaurant also served one of the best dinners we’ve had in Lisbon. Prime Location: You couldn’t ask for a better spot. Situated at the intersection of Chiado, Bairro Alto, and Príncipe Real, we were within walking distance of the city’s best shops and restaurants. Plus, the views of the Miradouro de São Pedro de Alcântara right across the street are breathtaking. If you are looking for a luxurious, well-curated stay that feels like a "home away from home," look no further. We cannot wait to return!"

"Genuinely don't understand why this place is rated so high. I would not have stayed here if I knew what it was like. My room smelled disgusting and had mold in the shower. I left part of a cup of tea out overnight and by morning it was literally swarming with bugs. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls. Gross."

"Hotel is setup across 2 buildings and we were in the building up the street from reception but this wasn’t an issue. The room was clean and we had a view onto Rossio Square but being on the 4th floor we didn’t hear any traffic noise. Breakfast was good and it was quiet on both mornings."

"Fabulous hotel with amazing staff. From the moment we arrived they could not do enough for us. Such a great vibe. Easy check in to a great room. The hotel was spotlessly clean a really smashing hotel so central with an array of shops and restaurants on the doorstep. Getting around so easy access to trams buses taxis and metro all close by and very good value for money. 20 minutes from airport. Food in the hotel restaurant was really good reasonably priced and again the staff were friendly. A frequent traveller and stayed in quite a few hotels around the works but have to say Santa Justa in my opinion ranks amongst one of the best. Thank you to everyone at Santa Justa for help making our stay happy and memorable. Will definitely be back later in the year🙂"
