"The airport Shuttle did not exist. There is no heat in the rooms except a space heater, which didn’t work for two nights. The one night I ate at the restaurant my food seems like it was heated up in the microwave. While on other nights I saw people eating what looked like very nicely prepared meals. The staff was great and very friendly. We switched rooms, which was a very smart move because the original bathroom faucet and shower were barely functional. "The staff super helpful. Definately take them up on getting u a taxi. The hotel is on a hill and they will pick up right at the door The plaza del Armas so close. The only negative is there is a restaurant across the street that plays music at night. If you are an easy to bed person bring earplugs Breakfast was good and fresh"

"Staff never came back to me when I asked to clarify please if it was a house or a hotel. I asked that, because it says: shared bathroom. For the price I payed for the package I wanted at least my own bathroom. But they never answered to me. I didn’t stay there. I wish there were a way for a refund or something for the unpleasant experience, since because of that I booked somewhere else."
