"Hotel is good as well staff, location is great, no in the center off downtown but close enough (3 blocks from plaza grande), breakfast was good enough if you don’t want to go and about on empty stomach."

"It was not clean and you can hear everything in the night. One of the nights we stay there next door was been really loud they were laughing screaming and when we call the front desk the lady said other people already complained and they were going to send someone… no one did! From 11pm- 3 in the morning it was loud I couldn’t sleep that night. The next morning I went and ask if the can change me to another room she said nothing was available, and that the people were leaving that day to not worry. I’m definitely not going back"
