"This is not the place I'd recommend for anyone to stay. The lack of communication with the staff was horrible and it made the whole experience worse. There was no one available to let me in the room when I arrived and I was told to return later that day. After I did, I was let in by a cleaning lady. The person who rented me the room was not available. She stopped responding to my messages and stopped communicating in the middle of the night.
I was to request a fan, which was not brought to me...

"Air conditioning unit needs to be clean, the vents were duty.
The bed frame were old, after sleeping the next day I had issues with me back.
Service was very good.
Nice place, needs updating in some areas.

"Housekeeping service was inconsistent. Making a bed with dirty sheets and finishing is something blow my mind. Also, VAT is pay during check-in but not configure in the price during the booking. Location is better than expected."

"Absolutt er sted å anbefale.
Stedet er helt nytt, dvs i en total renovert bygning..og det opp til en god til høy kvalitet og standard.
Flott, oppmuntrende og profesjonell service og minst informativ. God følelse av trygghet. Meget rask og stabil wifi. Rolig lokasjon midt i verneområdet for byen, umidelbar nærhet til selve sentrum Santiago..og all kommunikasjon i gangavstand.
Savnet safe på rommet (var heller ikke beskrevet). Nydelige senger og sengetøy. Meget godt utstyrt kjøkken.
