The room I was in was dated in decor and the bathroom was old tile and seemed like it need a good update. The grounds were beautiful with flowers, bushes and greenery of all kind! check in was an absolute nightmare-many people were in the same position as we were-told for several hours our room was being "cleaned" and was almost ready. 4 hours later, with kids going crazy, we finally got a room. Pool was closed early. No accomodations were made.
