"The drinks and food I found very expensive and the waitress from the bar were not up front with the prices. The Hotel is new and clean but if you are a light sleeper I don’t recommend it. You will hear all the traffic all night long. "

"We stayed with ours children during the spring break. The hotel is in a central location and very close to many great restaurants, shops and museums. Ours room has a great view of the cathedral and we also enjoyed breakfast and dinner at the rooftop restaurant of the hotel. It’s has a direct view of the Zocalo. The staff is very nice and professional. it’s a great hotel and we would definitely come back!"

"Everything about this hotel was great, with the exception of the fact that it is surrounded by heavily trafficked roads and highways. We stayed in this area for 2 weeks because it was close to family. The rooms were upgraded and modern. AC worked great. Our bathroom was large and shower was 5 star. Receptionists were friendly and helpful, unfortunately, I did not get their names. Breakfast although, the same everyday, was get with loads of choices. Itzel and Michelle in the cafe were so pleasant...

"I have no complaints about this hotel, very centrally located, clean, updated, very friendly to international travelers. Check in desk was english friendly (and friendly overall), check in process was easy, when I got to the room it was spotless. I've seen reviews about the noise on the street facing side, I was on the backside and didn't hear a peep during my stay.
